You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We can only accept returns in the case that the shirt you received is damaged, the wrong size, or an incorrect shirt altogether. Please ensure that any returns meet these conditions, as we are unable to process returns for other reasons.

Additional non-returnable items:

Customized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after order has been placed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Shipping returns
