At Jersey Teams World, our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Customized Items: Jerseys with custom names, numbers, or patches are considered final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@jerseyteamsworld.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size was sent by mistake. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email our support team for a return authorization code before mailing your item.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the fulfillment and shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
