I ordered this 23 ago and it’s still not arrived, despite a message that it’s on its way 18 days ago. The tracking number says “ID not found” on the carrier website, and an email to support helped none, as they didn’t respond. Their automated chat said the order is fulfilled, but almost a month later and we still haven’t gotten it.
